Energy Technology Alliance LLC (ETA) is an unpopulated Joint Venture under the SBA Mentor-Protégé Program between Lindahl Reed, Inc. (Lindahl Reed) and Boston Government Services, LLC (BGS). ETA brings the combined resources and capabilities of Lindahl Reed and BGS in one entity focused on making immediate and sustained impacts to our customers’ mission while employing strategies to innovate for a more resilient, safer, secure, and sustainable future. Lindahl Reed President and CEO

Ms. Hough is a senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in leadership and management. She has broad-based technical and management expertise across a wide range of market areas including healthcare, legal, education, environmental, energy, and facility management in support of government, state, institutional, and commercial customer requirements. Prior to Lindahl Reed, she worked for nationally recognized law firms, was a member of the executive leadership team for a 4,000-plus employee healthcare organization, and was a small business owner. Ms. Hough holds a B.A., with majors in Biology and Literature, from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (now known as UC College of the Law). She is a former board member of East Cascades Works, a non-profit organization focused on workforce development to fuel a thriving economy.

Harry L. Boston, Ph.D.

Harry L. Boston, Ph.D.

BGS President and CEO

Dr. Boston has over 30 years of experience in leading large and complex engineering and environmental programs, as a senior executive with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), as an executive with several major government contractors, and in his role as President and CEO of BGS. He leads BGS in its support of government and commercial clients’ mission at every stage, from strategic planning through execution of engineering and technical activities in complex, secure, and highly regulated environments. Dr. Boston began his career as a research scientist at the University of Wisconsin and the Oak Ridge National Laboratory. He spent 15 years managing engineering and environmental projects prior to joining DOE as a member of the Senior Executive Service. Dr. Boston also served in business leadership positions for several large government contractors. Dr. Boston holds a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University, a Master’s degree from the University of Washington, and a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Ms. Harris is a performance-oriented professional with over 25 years of experience in business development, marketing, strategic planning, sales, and business administration in various industries. She provides leadership for all BGS business development and marketing activities, including creating revenue opportunities, assessing marketing opportunities and establishing a business opportunity pipeline, gathering intelligence on customers and competitors, developing marketing materials, and designing business models. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Lindahl Reed Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Lippert is a senior consultant with more than 25 years of experience in leadership, business development, and management for the federal government and the private sector. He supports the development and implementing business strategies, building long-term customer relationships across multiple federal agencies, teaming and partnership development, and opportunity identification and capture. Mr. Lippert is an energy expert and excels at strategic planning, energy program development, energy resilience, clean energy, alternative financing, and project implementation. Prior to joining Lindahl Reed, Mr. Lippert spent nine years as the Federal Business Development Lead for NORESCO, one of the top energy service companies in the United States, as well as twelve years in leadership and business development roles with Tetra Tech Inc. Mr. Lippert holds a B.S. degree in Finance from San Diego State University, and is a Certified Energy Manager, Certified Energy Auditor, and Certified Sustainable Development Professional.
